First impressions mean everything.  We apply that saying to all the properties we manage.   By maintaining a well kept community, from landscaping to roofs, our co-owners and residents are not only proud of where they live but continue to enjoy increased property values.


All well thought out plans must also be fiscally responsible.  In working closely with our accountants and board members, a comprehensive budget is created to forecast recurring repairs and one-time events.  It doesn’t stop there.  Once the budget is in place, Atlas Property Associates will implement a tailor-made maintenance program designed to track seasonal duties and planned projects.  To further that end, our job is to ensure competitiveness amongst our vendors, keeping quality of workmanship and timely response of the utmost importance. 

 

We’re visible too!!  One of our principals or managers will visit each property on a weekly basis, often doing tours with board members.  It is important for co-owners and residents to know we care.  Further, we are able to forge relationships throughout each community which helps promote a long lasting relationship.
